China Youran Dairy Completes Major Share Transaction

China Youran Dairy Group Limited (HK:9858) has released an update.

China Youran Dairy Group Limited has successfully completed a significant share transaction by issuing Subscription Shares under its General Mandate and acquiring roughly 8.50% of SKX’s total issued shares. The transaction included the allotment and issue of 97,323,833 Subscription Shares at RMB1.45 each, which now represents about 2.50% of the enlarged share capital of the company. Following the share transfer, the company now indirectly holds a 66.86% majority stake in SKX, which will continue to be reflected in the group’s consolidated financial accounts.
