China Youran Dairy Group Limited has announced an amendment to the capital contribution schedule for its joint venture focused on dairy innovation and farming solutions in China. The second instalment of the capital contribution has been postponed to November 20, 2027, to optimize fund utilization, while business expansion needs for the next three years are expected to be met with existing funds.
