China XLX Fertiliser Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Lin Moi Heyang as the new joint company secretary, succeeding Ms. Cheok Hui Yee, effective from 28 June 2024. Ms. Cheok’s resignation comes with no disputes or issues that need shareholder or Stock Exchange attention, and Ms. Lin’s appointment includes a three-year waiver from certain Listing Rules requirements, with Ms. Leung Kwan Wai continuing as the other joint company secretary.
