China Wood International Holding Co., Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) for shareholders to be held on June 14, 2024, where key resolutions will be voted on. These include approving the audited financial statements, re-electing directors, setting directors’ remuneration, re-appointing auditors, and authorizing share allotment and buy-back mandates. Shareholders are provided with a proxy form to vote if they cannot attend in person.
