China Wood International Holding Co., Limited has successfully completed the placement of 68,490,000 new shares, raising approximately HK$15.2 million in net proceeds for debt repayment and general working capital. The placement resulted in a change to the company’s shareholding structure, where Placees now hold approximately 16.66% of the enlarged share capital, and the Director’s shareholding percentage has decreased to 54.98%.
