This agreement involves the sale of a 51% stake in Yichun Water Industry Group Co., Limited by the company’s subsidiary to Yichun Municipal Development Co., Ltd. for RMB 195 million. Shareholders are authorized to appoint proxies for voting and must submit proxy forms 48 hours before the EGM to participate.
