China Water Group Welcomes New Director

China Water Industry Group Limited (HK:1129) has released an update.

China Water Industry Group Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Mak Ka Wing, Patrick as an independent non-executive Director and a member of the audit committee, effective from 3 September 2024. Mr. Mak brings over 20 years of legal experience and holds current and past independent non-executive director roles in other listed companies. His appointment aims to comply with Listing Rules and he will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$180,000, subject to regular review.
