China Water Group Sets Up New Advisory Committee

China Water Industry Group Limited (HK:1129) has released an update.

China Water Industry Group Limited has formed an Independent Board Committee and appointed INCU Corporate Finance Limited as their Independent Financial Adviser to assess the fairness and reasonableness of the terms of their proposed Rights Issue. The Independent Board Committee will guide shareholders on voting at the upcoming EGM, with advice letters to be included in a circular by mid-November 2024.
