China Water Affairs Group Limited has announced changes to its Board of Directors, effective from 28 June 2024, with Mr. Makoto Inoue stepping down and Mr. Li Hao stepping in as a non-executive director. Mr. Inoue’s resignation is due to other business commitments, with no disagreements with the Board, while Mr. Li brings a wealth of experience from his current roles in ORIX Corporation and other listed companies.
