China Wantian Holdings Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held in Hong Kong on September 27, 2024. The EGM will address the approval and ratification of renewed tenancy agreements for catering and office spaces, with authorizations for directors to execute related documents. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for voting and must register transfers by September 23, 2024, to be eligible to vote.
