China Wan Tong Yuan (Holdings) Ltd. has announced that independent non-executive director Dr. Wong Wing Kuen, Albert has resigned from his position at Dexin China following its court-ordered liquidation due to unpaid debts. The Board confirmed that this situation will not impact Dr. Wong’s duties at China Wan Tong Yuan or the company’s operations, as Dexin China is not related to the Group.
