China Wah Yan Healthcare (HK:0648) has released an update.
China Wah Yan Healthcare has announced an extension of the Long Stop Date for their Restructuring Agreement from June 30, 2024, to December 31, 2024, after negotiations with an investor. This extension is needed to fulfill certain conditions of the agreement, with most conditions precedent still unmet. The Whitewash Waiver granted by the Executive remains valid despite the extension, ensuring the company is not required to make a mandatory general offer for all issued shares not already owned by the Investor following the Loan Conversions.
