China Vered Financial Holding Corporation Limited has announced significant acquisitions after market hours, involving the purchase of two target companies representing a 7.08% stake in SCL shares for a total consideration of approximately $23.5 million. The payment will be made partly in cash and partly through the issuance of new shares, which will amount to about 7.11% of the company’s current issued capital. The deal, classified as a discloseable transaction, will require adherence to the Listing Rules and has led to the appointment of Optima Capital Limited as the financial adviser.
