China Vanke Co. reported robust real estate sales for May 2024, with a contract sales area of 1.87 million square meters and sales totaling RMB 23.33 billion. The company’s year-to-date sales reached RMB 102.21 billion from 7.43 million square meters of property. Additionally, they expanded their portfolio with two new development projects in Shenyang, despite the inherent uncertainties in the property sales process.
