China Tower Corporation Limited announced the approval of profit distribution and an interim dividend payment of RMB0.01090 per share following its EGM on September 13, 2024. Additionally, the appointment of Ms. Zhang Wei as an independent non-executive director was confirmed. Shareholders registered by September 26, 2024, will receive the dividend, expected to be paid on November 29, 2024.
