China Tower Corporation Limited has announced its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2024, set for September 13, where shareholders will vote on profit distribution and the interim dividend for the first half of the year, as well as the appointment and remuneration of Ms. Zhang Wei as an independent non-executive director. An interim dividend of RMB0.01090 per share is proposed, pending approval, with payment expected on November 29, 2024. Shareholders must register their shares and transfers by specified dates in September to attend the EGM and be eligible for the dividend.
