China Tower Corporation Limited has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.0109 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024, with the payment date set for November 29, 2024. The dividend will be paid to shareholders in HKD at an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.096686, following shareholder approval on September 13, 2024. Non-resident individual and enterprise shareholders will be subject to a withholding tax rate of 10% or 20%, depending on their country of domicile and applicable tax treaties with the PRC.
