China Tobacco International (HK) Company Limited held an extraordinary general meeting on November 18, 2024, where the resolutions related to the 2024-2026 Offshore Supply Framework Agreement and Tobacco Leaf Products Export Agency Agreements were overwhelmingly approved by independent shareholders.
