China Ting Group Holdings Limited has announced its updated board of directors, which includes TING Man Yi as Chairman and TING Hung Yi as CEO, effective from August 1, 2024. The company’s board also comprises executive directors DING Jianer and CHEUNG Ting Yin, Peter, as well as three independent non-executive directors. Additionally, China Ting Group has formed three Board committees focusing on audit, nomination, and remuneration, with specific members assigned to each.
