China Ting Group Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. CHENG Chi Pang as an independent non-executive Director and member of various board committees, effective from the close of business on 31 July 2024. Mr. Cheng, who has served the company for nearly two decades, is stepping down to focus on his personal business ventures. The company has expressed its appreciation for Mr. Cheng’s contributions and has appointed new members to the respective committees.
