China Tianrui Group Cement Co., Ltd. has announced the resignation of Mr. Wang Ping, an independent non-executive Director and chairman of the Audit Committee, who is stepping down to focus on personal commitments. Mr. Wang confirmed no disagreement with the Board and stated that the delay in publishing the 2024 interim results does not materially impact the company’s financial results. The company is working to publish the interim results as soon as possible in compliance with the Stock Exchange’s requirements.
