China Telecom Corporation Limited announced the successful passage of all resolutions at their Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 21, 2024, as voted by shareholders through on-site and internet voting. The EGM saw a turnout of shareholders possessing 77.37% of the company’s total voting shares, with agenda items including appointments and changes to the company’s directors and supervisors, election of a new Chairlady for the Supervisory Committee, and a change of auditors.
