China Telecom Renews Financial Services Agreements

China Telecom (HK:0728) has released an update.

China Telecom Corporation Limited has announced the extension of financial services framework agreements with its various subsidiaries and connected companies until the end of 2027. These agreements, effective from January 2025, will see the provision of financial services such as deposits, loans, and bill discounting. The arrangements are in compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules due to the interconnected nature of the parent and subsidiary companies involved.
