China Telecom Corporation Limited has announced the resignations of Madam Han Fang from her role as the Chairlady of the Supervisory Committee and Mr. Zhang Jianbin as an Employee Representative Supervisor, due to changes in work arrangements. Madam Huang Xudan has been nominated as Madam Han’s replacement, with her appointment as a Shareholder Representative Supervisor subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting. Both resigning supervisors have confirmed they have no disagreements with the Board and have been thanked for their contributions.
