China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 28, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were passed by shareholder poll, including the adoption of financial reports and the declaration of a final dividend. Additionally, the AGM marked the appointment of KPMG as the company’s new independent auditor to serve until the next AGM. The resolutions included the re-election of several directors and the approval of director remuneration.
