Despite lacking the formal qualifications outlined in the Listing Rules, Ms. Wang brings over 17 years of experience and deep familiarity with the company’s operations, warranting a three-year waiver from the Stock Exchange for her appointment. The waiver is contingent upon Mr. Yeung’s assistance and adherence to the Listing Rules during this period.
