China Success Finance Group Holdings Ltd. has announced an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on June 28, 2024, with a key agenda item to approve and adopt a new 2024 Share Option Scheme. If passed, this will allow the directors to grant options and issue shares under the scheme, subject to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s approval. The plan includes a set number of shares that can be issued under the scheme, which represents 10% of the company’s shares in issue on the date of the resolution.
