China State Construction’s Successful Medium Term Note Issue

China State Construction International Holdings (HK:3311) has released an update.

China State. Construction International Holdings Limited has successfully issued the 2024 Second Tranche Medium Term Notes, raising RMB2,000 million with a 5-year maturity and a 2.30% coupon rate. The issue, targeted at professional investors in China, has been completed by the company’s subsidiary and has garnered a ‘AAA’ credit rating from China Lianhe Credit Rating Co., Ltd.
