China State Construction Development Holdings Limited reported successful passage of all resolutions, except the re-election of Mr. Wang Hai as Director, at their AGM on May 31, 2024. Shareholders approved the audited financial statements, the declaration of a final dividend, and the reappointment of Ernst & Young as auditors, among other resolutions. Mr. Wang Hai retired as an Executive Director but will continue as Senior Vice President.
