China Star Entertainment Limited has announced a Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on 8 July 2024, where shareholders will vote on a proposed Agreement previously detailed in a circular. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies for voting and must register transfers by 2 July 2024 to attend and vote. The meeting will confirm directorial authority to implement the Agreement.
