China Star Entertainment Limited has announced a further delay in dispatching the Circular related to a disclosable and connected transaction for acquiring rights. The company cited the need for additional time to prepare and finalize the information for inclusion in the Circular, with a new expected dispatch date on or before 28 June 2024.
