China Southern Airlines Re-elects Supervisor

China Southern Airlines Company Limited Class H (HK:1055) has released an update.

China Southern Airlines Company Limited has announced the re-election of Mr. Yang Bin as the employees’ representative supervisor for its Supervisory Committee’s 10th session. Mr. Bin, a senior accountant with extensive experience in the company’s financial departments, will serve without a supervisor’s fee but will be compensated based on his role within the company. His term will be effective from the conclusion of the 2024 first extraordinary general meeting until the end of the 10th session of the Supervisory Committee.
