China Southern Airlines Company Limited is set to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on July 29, 2024, where shareholders will vote on the proposed purchase of 100 C919 aircraft, among other resolutions. A supplemental notice has been issued to include additional proposals, and shareholders are advised to use the revised proxy form for voting. The meeting will take place in Guangzhou, and shareholders are reminded that submitting proxy forms does not prevent them from voting in person.
