China South City Holdings Limited has promoted Mr. Wan Hongtao to Chief Operating Officer, effective from September 27, 2024. Mr. Wan, with a robust background in economic law and experience in various executive roles, will oversee the Group’s operations and management to pursue long-term goals. Despite his promotion, Mr. Wan’s remuneration remains unchanged as per his existing three-year service contract.
