China Silver Technology Holdings Limited has announced a strategic move to acquire a 51% stake in a joint venture focused on trading and e-commerce of consumer products. This HK$510,000 investment will see the company partner with Mr. Zhu Jianming and Hong Kong Taepyeongyang Sangmyeonggwahak Brand Management Co., Limited, enhancing its presence in the consumer market. The joint venture will benefit from the expertise of the JV Partner, while China Silver Technology will have significant influence with a majority shareholding.
