China Shenhua Energy Co (HK:1088) has released an update.

China Shenhua Energy Company Limited successfully held its 31st meeting of the fifth session of the Board of Directors, where proposals including the 2024 Interim Financial Report were considered and approved unanimously. The meeting, conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the company’s Articles of Association, was attended by the majority of directors in person or via video link, with key supervisory and management members participating non-voting.
