China Shenhua Energy Company Limited has announced the appointment of new members and chairpersons to its board committees, effective from the board’s approval date until the end of the sixth session. The reshuffle includes changes to the Strategy and Investment Committee, Audit and Risk Management Committee, Nomination Committee, Remuneration and Assessment Committee, and the Safety, Health, Environment and ESG Working Committee.
