China Shenghai Group Limited has announced the appointment of new Executive Director Mr. Hong Jixiang, who brings extensive experience in electronics engineering and business management. Concurrently, the company has accepted the resignation of Mr. Chen Futian as non-executive director to allow him to focus on personal projects. The changes in the board are effective from 21 June 2024, with the company expressing warm regards to both individuals for their commitments.
