China Shanshui Cement Group Limited has appointed Mr. Teng Yongjun as the new chairman of the board and executive director, effective from 5 August 2024. Mr. Teng brings extensive experience from his previous roles in municipal committees and finance. He will also chair the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee while Mr. Chang Ming-cheng will continue to serve as a member.
