This agreement involves the provision of construction and decoration services for the company’s school campuses in Jiangmen and Zengcheng, China, from the effective date until August 31, 2028. The agreement is subject to the reporting, annual review, announcement, and Independent Shareholders’ approval requirements under Chapter 14A of the Listing Rules due to its nature as a continuing connected transaction.
