China Sci-Tech Industrial Investment Group Limited, formerly known as Core Economy Investment Group Limited, announced the resignation of CEO Mr. Zhang Yufei effective December 31, 2024, due to personal commitments. Mr. Zhang will continue to serve as a director of some of the company’s subsidiaries. The firm is actively seeking a new CEO and will announce the appointment in line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.
