China Sandi Holdings Ltd. announced that all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 13, 2024, were passed by shareholder vote. Additionally, the company reported a change in board composition with the retirement of Ms. Wong Wai Man as an independent non-executive Director and the appointment of Mr. Liao Yiyi to the position. Shareholders also granted the Directors a mandate to issue additional shares up to 20% of the existing issued shares.
