China Rongzhong Financial Holdings has appointed Mr. Liu Chi Wai as an independent non-executive director, effective December 30, 2024. Mr. Liu, with over 25 years of experience in securities and investment banking, will also serve on various board committees, including as chairman of the nomination and remuneration committees.
