China Resources Power Holdings Co. has announced a final dividend of HKD 0.587 per share for the year ending December 31, 2023, with an alternative payout option in RMB at the exchange rate of HKD 1 to RMB 0.909546. Shareholders have until July 8, 2024, to elect this currency option, with the dividend payment scheduled for July 22, 2024. No withholding tax is applicable to the dividend declared.
