China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has entered into a new strategic cooperation agreement with CR Leasing, effective from January 2025 to December 2027. This deal allows the company to leverage financial services from CR Leasing, including leasing and consultancy, under competitive market terms. The transactions are classified as connected transactions but are exempt from requiring independent shareholder approval.
