China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has announced their first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2024, scheduled for 31 July in Beijing, to vote on a resolution concerning the ratification of a Supplemental Sales Framework Agreement. Shareholders are entitled to vote in person or appoint proxies and are advised to lodge proxy forms in advance. The meeting is expected to be concise, lasting no more than half a day, and shareholders must cover their own travel expenses.
