China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. announced that its subsidiary, CR Pharmaceutical Commercial, has received approval for the registration of asset-backed notes worth up to RMB15 billion in China. The proceeds from these notes, if issued, will primarily be used to replenish working capital. Investors are advised to exercise caution as the issuance may or may not proceed.
