China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Ltd. has announced major changes to its leadership team, effective from August 29, 2024. Mr. Han Yuewei has stepped down as the non-executive Director and Chairman of the Board, while Mr. Bai Xiaosong has resigned as CEO to assume the role of Chairman. Additionally, Ms. Deng Rong, the CFO, will join the Corporate Governance Committee.
