China Resources Medical Holdings Co has announced an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM) set for June 5, 2024, to discuss and potentially approve two new supplemental framework agreements related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and medical consumables. The agreements, which outline revised and proposed annual caps for transactions up to the end of 2025, will require ratification by the company’s directors. The EGM will follow the annual general meeting on the same date and location in Beijing.
