China Resources Land Declares Mid-Year Dividend

China Resources Land (HK:1109) has released an update.

China Resources Land Limited has announced an interim dividend of RMB 0.2 per share for the first half of the year ending June 30, 2024, which will be paid on October 25, 2024. Shareholders have the option to receive the dividend in HKD at a rate of 0.219 per share, with elections closing on October 7, 2024. The record date for the dividend is September 11, 2024, following the ex-dividend date on September 9, 2024.
